[ Overview ]

Created for the Bell Textron headquarters, the Manufacturing Technology Center Interactive experience brings Bell’s advanced manufacturing story to life. The installation pairs three large storytelling screens with an interactive touch table, allowing visitors to explore Bell’s aircraft, supply chain, and production capabilities in an engaging way. Designed as a guided sales and education tool, the experience helps translate complex manufacturing processes into a clear and memorable narrative.

[ My ROLE ]

I led UX, interaction design, and visual direction for the experience, shaping how users move between the large displays and the touch table. I focused on creating a clear, guided flow that made complex information easy to navigate, while designing interactions that felt engaging and intentional. I also defined the visual system and structure to ensure the experience felt cohesive across all screens.

[ OUTCOME ]

The experience helped visitors quickly grasp Bell’s capabilities by turning complex information into a clear, structured journey. It supported more effective conversations by giving teams a shared, visual way to communicate key ideas, making the experience easier to follow, more engaging, and more memorable.
